Why should you consider becoming a money manager?
Unlike trading your own funds, being a professional money manager does not require you to have a large personal account balance to make a lot of money from trading. To earn a million pound per year you would need to have a pretty sizable account balance if you were trading your own money. By trading other peoples money you can earn very substantial commissions very quickly with just a handful of high net worth clients.
If you are currently a retail trader your leverage will have been significantly reduced with the new European regulations. These regulations do not apply to professional traders and money managers, so there is no better time to make the move from a retail trader to a professional trader and money manager.
